Service Description

We utilize so many muscles in pole fitness, and our daily lives; it's important to train our muscles properly to avoid injury. You'll learn to use your own bodyweight to gain the muscle you need to accomplish tricks & transitions, as well as to improve performance in daily activities. Our studio offers several fitness tools to assist your personal progress time for bodyweight training - including but not limited to- -Stall Bars -Resistance Bands -Dip Bars - Push Up & Pull Up Bars If your goal is to gain more strength, Elevate offers the tools at your accessibility to do so.
