Elevate Pole Fitness and Dance Studio is a woman-owned and operated business that provides aerial pole dance and fitness classes for all skill levels. Elevate advocates for aerialists, dancers, and fitness lovers alike - assisting others in gaining strength and confidence in their abilities.
Elevate was created with a passion to share the tools that pole sport provides.
You don't have to know,
or have experienced, any type of
Pole/Fitness/Dance Training
to Start.
To Elevate is to Grow in
Confidence, Strength, Perserverance and Self-Care.
What are your Operating Hours?
Our Operating Hours vary based on our Class/Course/Workshop Schedule.
Saturday's are reserved for Parties, Events, and Workshops.
Tuesday's we are Closed.
In between our 6 Week Courses, our operating hours may vary and response times may take longer.
What is the best way to Contact Elevate?
The best way to contact us is by submitting a Contact Form on the Homepage of our website or sending us a text message. Due to course sessions operating daily, Elevate may not be available to answer your call. Our typical response time is within 24 Hours EXCEPT when Course Sessions are not in progress.
How do I Reserve a Session/Class/Party?
To Reserve a Course Session-
Elevate's Courses offer a progressive bodyweight, flexibility, and strength training regimen.
Courses are for those who want to commit 1 Hour of Time a Week for 6 Weeks, to the better of their physical/mental health and fitness.
You must first purchase a Course Plan. Once you have purchased a Course Plan, you can Book your preferred Time/Date to attend. Each Course Plan Includes 6 Pole Training Sessions. Courses run for 6 Weeks at a Time. Attend One Session a Week - New Session Every Friday.
To Reserve a Party/Event-
Bachelorette Party - Birthday Party - Corporate Party - Team Building Event
Fill Out Our Party/Event Submission Form, Choose Your Preferences and preferred Date/Time. Response Times Vary but Average Response Times are 2-3 Days. Pricing is determined by number of participants/hour.
